2 Cent Carmine Type G

Type G

(i)    A dot touching the frame below left centre, and

(ii)    A spur outward and another downward from the lower left corner.


NOTE. Stamps with a nick in the left side of the frame near the lower left corner come from Plate 87, those with a wide dent in the same place come from Plate 88. A break in the bottom line of the right numeral box 2 mm from the outer corner is characteristic of Plate 88.
